Boylan Central Catholic High School President Amy Ott will step down from her position on June 30 as the school transitions to a new leadership model in collaboration with other diocesan Central Catholic high schools. Ott has been instrumental in leading Boylan under a president-principal structure since 2015, allowing the principal to focus on academics while she concentrated on advancing the school’s mission and goals.
Ott has played a key role in increasing Boylan Educational Foundation assets, overseeing campus improvements, enhancing educational technology, and hiring the school’s ninth principal in 60 years. She expressed pride in the accomplishments made during her tenure and gratitude to the Boylan community.
Kim White, the diocesan superintendent of Catholic Schools, commended Ott’s contributions and announced that details about the new leadership model will be shared in January, with implementation set for the 2025-2026 school year.
