Sean Diddy recently appeared in court for a short hearing, where prosecutors mentioned they would provide more evidence to his defense team by the end of the year. After the hearing, Diddy greeted the crowd with a “Happy Holidays” as he left the court. He stopped briefly to hug his lawyers before exiting the courtroom. Diddy was looking for his family in the audience but they arrived late. When they finally arrived, he gestured to them and one of his sons responded with a nod and a fist over his heart.
Diddy will be spending the holidays in jail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, as his next court date is set for March 17, 2025. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution and is scheduled for trial on May 5.
During his time in jail, Diddy has visibly lost weight and has adapted to the food served. On Christmas, inmates will be served a special meal consisting of fruit, cereal, breakfast cake, and skimmed milk for breakfast, baked Cornish hen or BBQ tofu with sides for lunch, and PB&J sandwiches with chips for dinner.
