NORTHBROOK, Ill., Dec. 6, 2024 – Allstate has announced that it will distribute around $29.3 million in total dividends for three series of preferred stock. These dividends cover the period from October 15, 2024, to January 14, 2025. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2024, will receive their dividends in cash on January 15, 2025. The breakdown of the annual dividend rates and quarterly amounts per depositary share for each series is as follows:
