A 35-year-old man’s death is currently under investigation by the FBI after an incident on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship in Los Angeles. The man was reportedly restrained with zip ties and pepper sprayed by crew members after becoming unruly. Passenger Christifer Mikhail described the man as drunk and violent, even making threats to kill others on board.
